Keep it up Ladies!!!!!

I just had to share how great our business is!!! I just had my second show that was over $1,000.00!!! This is sooo awesome!! Don't you dare get discouraged! I have had my share of crappy parties, but the really awesome ones TOTALLY make up for those!! Encourage your hostesses, keep in touch with them, keep them motivated, motivate them to upsell their friends and family by doing a monthly special. For example, My March special is any hostess who has a $500.00 party or more will recieve their regular 10% and in addition they will receive 2 free shells or one free shell and a free organizer. This gives them a goal and something to motivate them to do really well, not just moderatly well! Good luck ladies and stay motivated!! I just made 400.00 on one party!!!

Closet Organizer!?!?

What is the closet organizer you mentioned. Can you give me a description and price so that I can tell my parties about it. That sounds like a great idea though. I will defenitly need one! So far the parties are going great. I have 3 this week alone. Yeah!! The idea of a bag to put products in is awesome. That would help so much.

Hi All!

Thanks for the comments so far. I just wanted to update you on some things.
We are currently working on getting some paper shopping bags with the Miche logo printed on it. I am very excited about this and will let everyone know when we have an ETA. Also, we just got in the new Miche Bag Closet orgainizer! This is a great up sell and a great way to store your shells. Orgainizers will be available for ordering February 19th.
We are also in the works with a new catalog rather than a brochure. This will give more information about each item and a larger picture so customers can see design detail. Just insert an order form and you have a great way to get additional sales.

Merchandise Bags

I think it would be really nice to have some shopping bags printed with the Miche Bag logo on them. These would be plastic or paper and we put customer merchandise in them at parties, etc. I was also thinking about gift certificate's. We should have some gift certificates printed with the Miche Bag logo on them. What does everyone think about that?

Handling Charges

I have been charging a 3.00 handling charge on all orders. We as rep.'s need to compensate ourselves for our time and gas for picking up and delovering orders. I have had a few people question me on this and I have simply replied that I have to pick inventory up and store it, hence, a "handling fee". No one has given me grief on it and even though you get a mileage or tax write off at the end of the year, it is still money out the door. I would encourage all of us to do this for the success of our business. I spoke with Michelle about this and she thought it was a great idea.

just a suggestion

I just have a suggestion. I was wondering if there could be a way that when we could get a confermation on when we put an order in or when it is shipped out. I don't know about the rest of you, but I am a worry wart about if things go through or not. I will stress about if I will get it or if they got the order or something. So that would be great if we could get somnething like that.
